Prediction USC 38- Mizzou 17
[Missouri: James Franklin has an elbow injury but is expected to play...South Carolina will be missing Shonn Carson (Wrist)...Connor Shaw (Sore Muscle Area/possible bone fracture) and Akeem Auguste (Groin) are doubtful]
Both teams can score in bunches but expect USC's defense to stand up in the late third and 4th quarter...allowing South Carolina to pull away...the game will be much closer than the final score will indicate. The tigers will go up by 14 early in the game but South Carolina will settle in and work it up and down the field at home.
The Cock'N'Fire offense will continue against Mizzou. People, this is the true threat of the offense we have seen the last two games - can opponents cheat up to stop the run against the deep ball (leaving Elliington, Roland and Byrd against single coverage while also dropping linebackers back against the TEs and receivers running cross patterns) or can opponents put two safeties back to eliminate the deep balls (getting the rbs better running lanes and being able to run the plays to the weak side of the defense)?
Anyway, what is your prediction for this game?
