Ole Miss will be without its second-leading scorer, forward Sebastian Saiz, for tonight's game against South Carolina, per multiple reports.
Saiz, who is averaging 12.8 points and 9.8 rebounds per game, underwent eye surgery Tuesday morning to repair a partially-detached retina and is out indefinitely for the Rebels, who are 12-5 overall, 2-3 in the SEC.
The Gamecocks (16-1, 3-1) and Ole Miss tip off at 7 tonight. The game will be televised live by the SEC Network.
