DL Gregg Webb 6'2" 295lbs of Erial, NJ committed to Penn State in April. With 24 offers that include USC Webb says his commitment is solid. "It's a great place and I felt at home," Webb said. "I love their d-line coach and they're bringing in a great recruiting class. It was the place for me." Though he is strong in his decision, Webb does plan to take a second visit to USC this summer. "It's a nice place and it's a fun place," he said. "Their campus is beautiful.
