Gamecock target WR Jonathan Paylor of Burlington, NC has finalized his announcement plans. Paylor tweeted on Tuesday afternoon he will disclose his choice at 2:00 PM on August 5th at his school. Paylor has had South Carolina and NC State as his top two though he included Maryland, Penn State, and North Carolina in his tweet. In late June Paylor stated the Gamecocks were his favorite, but the Wolfpack appear to have made some in-roads with him in the last couple of weeks. On top of that, Paylor Tuesday told the NC State site Pack Pride that he will visit NC State on July 28th and North Carolina the next day. He said he did not have any plans to visit South Carolina again before his decision. All three national recruiting services have projected Paylor to the Gamecocks.
