4 star DB Mackensie Alexander (5-11 185) of Immokalee, FL has offers from Clemson and USC and could visit one or both schools. His other offers include Florida, Florida State, Arkansas, Alabama, Miami, Nebraska, Georgia, Southern Cal, Notre Dame, Kentucky and LSU among others. Alexander has visited Notre Dame, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky and "All of the Florida schools". As for Clemson he said, "They were one of my favorites schools growing up. I know they're low on the depth chart at DB so there's an opportunity to step in and play early." On USC Alexander said, "They were one of my early offers. I know about (Steve) Spurrier and what he's done in the past. I know they're a championship team and their recruiting has stepped up of late." Alexander is unsure of future visits but said "one of them" could get an official visit when talking about the Tigers and Gamecocks. He has not scheduled any of his visits but did say he hopes to commit during the season. Alexander does not have a favorite.
