Hopefully our offense has a strong game plan, and our defense comes in smelling blood in the water.....

Well, not much positive to post about in this thread, so that's why no one's posted, I guess. LSU hands it to us and wins 52-24. Gamecocks fall to 2-3 (2-3) heading into a bye week for next week. We'll next host Texas A&M November 7th in Williams-Brice at 7:30, no news yet on who will broadcast the game....

Our program issues are what they are and we got stomped by last year's National Champion the way Clemson has been stomping its non-CFP opponents all season long.

LSU fans have been screaming for Coach O's head for a while now due to the team's poor play this season.

I felt like this would be a dangerous rebound game for us, but time may show we caught LSU when they were resurgent toward their NC level.

Coach O probably used our victory against Auburn as a ray of light if the LSU was able to beat us and his players responded.

Jaylen Brooks and Hill would have already been in synch had Brooks been cleared before now.

It was a disappointing game for defense and special teams. We just did not seem to have enough strength in the middle of the D line to stop the run - it just shows how much we miss Javon Kinlaw.

The question that remains to be answered is how good the LSU quarterback is. If we caught the debut of the next Cam Newton, then the loss is not that bad.

If he turns out to be the next Kenny Hill - remember the A&M quarterback that looked all world and then promptly disappeared – it just means we are bad.

If a quarterback can run a little bit, it is our Kryptonite. It kind of makes you wonder why we never tried it ourselves.
