ICE To California - Go Pound Sand

Recommended Posts

ICE has arrested two illegal aliens inside a California Courthouse ignoring a new state law requiring a warrant to do so. Per the article,

ICE said in a statement that California’s law doesn’t supersede federal law and “will not govern the conduct of federal officers acting pursuant to duly enacted laws passed by Congress that provide the authority to make administrative arrests of removable aliens inside the United States. Our officers will not have their hands tied by sanctuary rules when enforcing immigration laws to remove criminal aliens from our communities."

Will the People's Republic of California and other states seeking to aid and abet illegal aliens with sanctuary laws now file suit in federal court? They can, but they have no chance against the Supremacy Clause, which essentially states that federal law is the supreme law of the land.

@Tastylicks is pissed. She has 2 new openings at her thanksgiving table.  Don't worry licks, there are plenty more illegals coming across the border every day.  I'm worried,  What are you going to do when the wall is completed?

I’ll just invite you to my thanksgiving. Don’t worry I have some tall, handsome and single cousins I can introduce you to
