Who Was Deborah In The Old Testament?

We always hear a lot about the great warriors/kings/prophets of Ancient Israel, but there also some great women of faith and some were actually leaders or elders of their village/city.  One of them was Deborah.   Can you tell me what she was mentioned in the Bible about and what was her role?  Winner Winner - Chicken Dinner!!!

Deborah was one of the judges of Israel.

Deborah was known for being a compassionate leader at a time when there was very little compassion in the world
