I am used to getting "no respect" for our team - it does not mean anything anyway, because we have been finishing a lot of spots higher every year.

But AJ Lawson - a likely high draft pick who produced big as a true Freshman - getting left off the 12 man team? Puh-leeze.

The irony is that AJ could end up going higher in the draft than #12 in the draft. In other words - the pundits do not think he is Top 12 in the SEC, but he could wind up Top 12 in the world - which is where the NBA gets their draft picks.

Not surprised with where we're picked. I said last year that I thought we would be better than 11th or whatever we were picked. I believe the same thing this year. I don't know if we're top 4 again, but I think we're at worst in 6th place.

A little surprised Lawson wasn't on one of the All-SEC teams. He's on the Jerry West Award watch list and a projected first round pick in the 2020 draft, but he's not all SEC? Not buying that.
