Arkansas figures to  be our first real SEC test so I'm glad it's here, where we play much better. The offense has to get it going for this one. Here's the full preview from Gamecocksonline:

No. 8 South Carolina will have a tough test when No. 13 Arkansas visits Stone Stadium on Sept. 29. Arkansas enters with a 7-1-1 (1-0-0 SEC) record, including a 2-0 win over then-No. 1 North Carolina on Sept. 15. The Razorbacks have a standout freshman in Anna Podojil, who has scored six goals and assisted on three more. Her 15 points leads the team followed by junior Parker Goins, who has scored three goals and added six assists. In goal it's been Katie Lund, who has allowed just two goals in nine matches. She's made 21 saves and has not allowed a goal in her last six matches.

No. 7 South Carolina women's soccer (11-1-0, 5-0-0 SEC) picked up its third-straight 1-0 win on Thursday night on the road against Kentucky (5-7-2, 0-5-0 SEC). Junior forward Ryan Gareis scored her fourth goal of the season to seal the Carolina win.

The win for the Gamecocks is the fourth-straight shutout over the Wildcats. Gareis' goal also gives the Gamecocks four different individuals with four goals this season.
