Bentley wins “Air It Out” contest

If the Oline is in fact improved and the WRs stop dropping balls Bentz will be fine. Especially if we can get some kind of run game going. To be effective every week in the passing game we will need to average at least 150 rushing per game. The problem Bentz has had is having time to throw and WRs being keyed on almost every play because everyone knew we could not run the ball.

When you cant run the ball all the defense has to do is man coverage and send the LBs or DEs into run. Hard to set your feet or get a good view of the field when a defensive player is in your back pocket in 2 to 3 seconds.

Yeah all this camp stuff is just window dressing. Its mostly a train and learn camp and if you are fortunate enough to be good enough for NFL franchises to start inquiring about your skills, these camps are really good resume builders. Bentz has the tools, we all know that but he needs support from the Oline, WRs and RBs.
