This is going to get ugly. UT is suing the NCAA, and have gone public with their responses. Additionally, TN politicians have also become involved. Schools have learned from UNC's academic scandal that public lawsuits are the way to go.
What is really strange is that the NCAA's stand on NIL is the "will of the collective member institutions", you would hope other schools would speak out against the current status of NIL.
