Tanner picks up another commitment
As rumors circulate that USC head baseball coach could become the next Gamecocks athletic director, it has not hurt recruiting as he picked up another commitment Wednesday. RHP/3B Canaan Cropper (6-1 190) of Salisbury, MD chose USC over North Carolina and others. According to www.perfectgame.org, the hurler throws in the lower 90s. Cropper becomes the tenth commitment for USC's 2013 class.
