  6. Here's the thing about him... the man's an arrogant jerk, unless he has changed dramatically in the last 3 years. And the Courtney Lee thing is overblown, as far as I'm concerned (as is the D. Wade connection) - he wasn't really the lead recruiter for either guy. That was a once in a lifetime thing for "he who shall not be named". Sort of akin to Ja Morant over the past year... people knew he had decent skills, but not that many schools were chasing him hard. Both Lee and Morant used their opportunity on the D1 stage to shine, and then to get paid at the next level. As far as his TV time, the guy wasn't all that impressive in those duties either. Plus, it's been 4 years since he was on TV, so I don't know that it plays to his advantage much. Regardless... I give him 5 years max before he crashes and burns again. And I can't say I wish him the best after what he did to the program here.
  7. If I had to guess, Blackshear would not be an option, since Frank and Buzz Williams are reasonably good friends. But there ARE a number of options in the portal right now. One that I might consider would be Dominik Olejniczak from Ole Miss - a true 7 footer, with size to boot. Another one who might be interesting would be Jordan Brown (Nevada). Added incentive for Brown is that he would be playing in the SEC against his old coach at Nevada - Eric Musselman. There are many options, though. I hope that the Gamecocks staff had started conversations with some of the available ones already - I doubt that Haase's decision was a complete shock to Coach Martin.

    Antifa...Whats your opinion on them?

I don't see them being much different then the Nazi Brown shirts of the 1930's. I have no use for them.
